At the Center for the Study of Pedagogy, we are committed to promoting accessibility so that people with disabilities and special needs can use and benefit from the range of services we offer to all our users—at service and sales locations, on our website, and through our telephone service centers.

Approximately one-quarter of Israel’s population encounters barriers when accessing the internet, including people with visual or hearing impairments, people with mobility disabilities, older adults, and others.

To provide optimal, professional, and accessible service to everyone, we have made the necessary accessibility adjustments to our website and implemented accessibility guidelines to the greatest extent possible. These adjustments were made in accordance with the principles of the Israeli accessibility standard and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adjustments to Services), 2013, Section C: Internet Services.

The website has been adapted to meet the requirements of Israeli Standard 5568 at Level AA, in accordance with the WCAG 2.1 guidelines. The website’s accessibility features are compatible with leading browsers, including Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer 9 or later.

We have invested significant resources to ensure that our website is easier to use and more accessible to people with disabilities, based on our firm belief that everyone has the right to live with dignity, equality, comfort, and independence.

We provide an advanced accessibility widget developed by UserWay and powered by a dedicated accessibility server. The software enables the website to improve its compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1).

The UserWay accessibility menu can be activated by clicking the accessibility menu icon located in the corner of the page. The accessibility menu and the technology implemented on the website provide numerous options, including:

  • Website adaptation for screen-reader users
  • Keyboard navigation
  • Font enlargement
  • Animation and flashing controls
  • Contrast adjustments
  • Link highlighting
  • Font changes
  • Additional accessibility options, which you can read about here

The accessibility solution supports screen-reading software, including JAWS, NVDA, and others.

We continue to work on improving the website’s accessibility as part of our commitment to making it usable by the entire population, including people with disabilities and special needs. Please note that despite our efforts to make every page accessible, you may encounter sections that have not yet been fully adapted.

If you encounter accessibility difficulties or any other issues while browsing the website, we would be pleased to receive your questions, suggestions for improvement, or an email describing the problem. Please contact our Accessibility Coordinator:
